Weleda Refining Toner

Weleda Refining Toner is a refreshing tonic to purify any skin type following cleansing. 

Mildly astringent plant substances, such as extract of Wild Rose petals, have a pore-refining effect. Along with Lemon and Witch Hazel for their refreshing and toning properties. The subtle fresh fragrance of natural essential oils revives the skin.
