Mixed Pollen 30 contains a mixture of grasses, cereals, early and mid blossom trees and weeds.
According to research from the NPARU (National Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit), 90% of allergy sufferers are allergic to grass pollens.
Weleda Mixed Pollen 30c - Directions for use
ADULTS: 2 tablets; CHILDREN:1 tablet, to be dissolved under the tongue. For acute cases, 1 dose every 2 hours for up to 6 doses. For less acute cases, 1 dose 3 times a day between meals until the condition improves. If symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days please consult your doctor.
Tip: If you suffer from hayfever regularly, start taking 1 dose weekly, 1 month before the start of the hayfever season.
