Adults: Chew 1-2 pastilles every hour, or as needed, up to 8 a day.
Children 6-8 years: Chew 1 pastille every 3 hours, up to 4 a day.
Children 9-12 years: Chew 1 pastille every 1-2 hours, up to 8 a day.

Black Elderberry Juice: 1200mg (provided as 200mg Black Elderberry Juice Powder)
Vitamin C: 50mg (63% NRV*)
Zinc: 3mg (30% NRV*)

Emulsifier: Acacia Gum, Sweeteners: Maltitol & Steviol Glycosides, Humectant: Sorbitol, Freeze-Dried Black Elderberry Juice Powder (Sambucus nigra) (8.25%) (AntiVirin®), Honey (4.13%), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Gluconate, Flavouring: Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum), Glazing Agent: Vegetable (Palm Kernel) Oil & Beeswax White.

Do not exceed 8 lozenges per day. Not to be swallowed whole. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under the age of 6.
