Bio-Flora consists of small, easy to swallow capsules each containing 4 billion live bacteria divided into two strains of friendly lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-2) and Bifidobacterium lactis (BD-12).

No gluten, MSG or milk
Bio-Flora capsules are suitable for vegetarians. They do not contain gluten or MSG (mono sodium glutamate). We are not able to guarantee that the product does not contain traces of milk protein. Due to this uncertainty it is not recommended for people with allergies to milk protein. However, the product does not contain milk.

Use of Bio-Flora
Illustration of the intestinal epithelium Bio-Flora capsules are particularly useful on trips to areas of the world where one is exposed to a foreign bacterial flora. It is stable at room temperature. Start with Bio-Flora a few weeks before departure. Also, you can take the Bio-Flora in situations associated with low intestinal flora. Finally, Bio-Flora can be taken to help in maintenance of the normal intestinal flora.

1-3 capsules daily, unless otherwise advised.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Do not chew the capsules but swallow them whole, preferably during/after meals.

Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis (at least 4 billion live bacteria)

Dextrose, potato starch, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, color: titanium dioxide.
