Fiber supplements from Pharma Nord provide a wholesome blend of dietary fibers from lemon peel and sugar beet, that compensates for the lack of fiber in modern diets. The fiber supplement contains approximately 70% of soluble fiber and insoluble fiber origin.

Dietary fiber is defined as material of plant origin, resistant to breakdown by digestive enzymes until reaching the large intestine.
