Nelsons Arnicare® Bath & Massage Balm

Relax and unwind with Arnicare arnica bath & massage balm, enriched with organic Arnica montana from the highlands of Scotland. Massage into aching, stiff muscles or add to your bath, soaking away tensions and strains.

The balm is enriched with natural Arnica montana extract to leave the skin soft and silky. It also contains Evening Primrose and rich Sweet Almond oil to naturally hydrate the skin, whilst Lavender and Grapefruit essential oils help to calm the senses and relax the mind.

Bath: Pour 2 full caps of Arnica Bath and Massage Balm under running water for a luxurious milky bath.

Massage: Massage the balm into required area.

Body: Apply the balm to slightly damp skin.
