Lifestream BioPsyllium +

As part of a healthy balanced diet, Lifestream BioPsyllium+ helps to ensure regular bowel movements and maintains bowel health - essential for overall health and wellbeing.

Lifestream BioPsyllium+ not only provides a good source of fibre, but it also contains prebiotics and probiotics for maintaining healthy intestinal bacteria. Prebiotics and probiotics are relatively new concepts in nutrition and many studies show that the combination of a prebiotic and a probiotic is more potent than their prebiotic or probiotic components alone.

For healthy bowel maintenance - Adults and Children aged 12+: Mix two rounded teaspoons (5g) 1-2 times daily in a glass of water or fruit juice. Stir well and consume immediately.

Children aged 4 -12: Reduce amount to 1/2 to 1 rounded teaspoon 1-2 times daily. Always follow the above ingestion with a further glass of water or fruit juice.

It is recommended that Lifestream BioPsyllium+ is taken not less than 25 minutes before or after food. It is suitable for everyday use and serving size can be adjusted as required.
