Lamberts® Vitamin D 400iu provides 10µg of this important nutrient in the preferred D3 form and at a strength that is being recommended by the Department of Health for the following groups of people:

• pregnant and breastfeeding women
• all adults over the age of 65years
• anyone not exposed to much sun

These are small, easy to swallow tablets.

Our bodies obtain vitamin D from two sources, our diet and from the action of sunlight on our skin which drives the natural production within the body.

Vitamin D is increasingly in the news as more and more research highlights the importance of this nutrient.

Lamberts® also produces vitamin D 1000iu (25µg) tablets that are often recommended to anyone who is known to be deficient in vitamin D.
