Lamberts Strawberry Protein Boost (over 19g of protein per shake)

Each of these delicious strawberry shakes provides a healthy 19g of high quality, easy to digest whey protein.

This product tastes great mixed with water, but even better when made with milk. And if you use milk then your protein intake will be even higher!

This product gives you a quick, easy and tasty way to boost your protein intake. It’s not a meal replacement but it provides significantly more protein than most of these types of products.

It is recommend for anyone that has a reduced protein intake, perhaps due to a low appetite. It’s important to be aware of your protein intake as some diets can be insufficient. And protein is hugely important as it contributes to the maintenance of muscles and bones. 

Daily intake: 1 to 2 sachets, but please remember that this is not a meal replacement.

Once prepared the strawberry shake can be kept refrigerated for a day, but for the best taste, drink within 20 minutes of preparing.
