Lamberts® St John’s Wort Tablets is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety. This is based on traditional use only. Each tablet contains 370mg of extract, equivalent to 1,850mg - 2,590mg of St John's Wort.

Lamberts St John's Wort supplement is most commonly used for treating mild depression and fighting off viral and bacterial infections. However, studies show it may help treat PMS, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. Can also help relieve chronic pain, soothe haemorrhoids and aid weight loss.

St John's Wort is a perennial plant native to many parts of the world, including European countries and the USA. It prefers sunny areas and has numerous bright yellow flowers.
