250mg Vitamin C* and 100mg Citrus Bioflavonoids. *True Food® Vitamin C also contains B vitamins, beta glucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, amino acids and other phytonutrients naturally found in fermented food cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (food yeast).
