Positive Outlook is a comprehensive formulation of amino acids and B vitamins specifically B1, B3 and B6 to aid normal psychological function.

Glutamine is a precursor to the neurotransmitter GABA. Tyrosine is a precursor to the neurotransmitters adrenalin, noradrenalin and dopamine. Tyrosine also helps mental and physical performance under stress. 5-HTP is used by the body for neurotransmitter production and, therefore, has a role to play in maintaining normal nerve and brain function.

The amino acid Tri-Methyl Glycine (betaine) contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism by providing methyl groups to support healthy methylation converting harmful homocysteine to SAMe. B Vitamins also act as co-factors for enzymes that control the production and balance of the neurotransmitters.
