Extract of fresh Aesculus seeds (conkers).
Aesculus hippocastanum is the botanical name for the Horse Chestnut tree, or sometimes, simply the Aesculus tree. It is the fruit of the tree which is used to make the Aesculus tincture. These are harvested and used, whilst still fresh to make this herbal tincture.

BioForce A.Vogel Horse Chestnut Aesculus - Directions for use
Adults: 20 drops twice a day immediately after meals, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
