BioCare Vitamin B3

Vitamin B3 (niacin) is useful for many functions in the body including maintenance of normal mucosal membranes and normal skin, also normal energy-yielding metabolism. BioCare Vitamin B3 is a non flushing form.

Vitamin B3 is required for the normal function of the nervous and digestive systems. It is involved in the dilation of blood vessels and is required in the normal control of blood glucose levels. Niacin plays important roles in the release of energy from food and the manufacture and control of hormones. Vitamin B3 is sometimes used in cases of drug or alcohol abuse. It may also be useful in lowering cholesterol levels. Vitamin B3 is intricately involved with the function of other B-vitamins. It is not normally supplemented without the concomitant supplementation of other B-vitamins.
