BioCare Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is needed for many body functions including normal energy-yielding metabolism, maintenance of normal skin and vision, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biocare Vitamin B2 provides 50mg in capsule form.

Vitamin B2 is required to help maintain the nervous system function and the health of the mucous membranes. Vitamin B2 is heavily utilised during periods of stress and may be depleted by alcohol intake. Vitamin B2 is intricately involved with the function of other B-vitamins. It is not normally supplemented without the concomitant supplementation of other B-vitamins.
