Ginseng provides Panax Ginseng (also known as American Ginseng) as a high potency standardised extract in the preferred liquid form for enhanced absorption and bio-avalability, in gelatin capsules. As with all forms of Ginsengs, Panax Ginseng is termed an adaptogenic herb. This means that it can help to increase tolerance to various different types of stressors be them mental, physical or environmental.

Panax Ginseng helps to normalise the way in which the body responds to stress triggers by helping to regulate the manufacture and secretion of stress hormones from the adrenal glands. It may also help to strengthen the adrenal glands themselves in individuals suffering from chronic stress. Ginsengs help to enhance white blood cell activity and may thus be helpful in supporting a compromised immune system. The adaptogenic properties of this herb may further promote resistance to infection because stress suppresses immune function.
