Garcinia cambogia Plus contains Hydroxy Citric Acid (HCA) from Garcinia cambogia. HCA is combined with the minerals chromium and manganese to help maintain normal glucose metabolism, and vitamin B5 and vitamin C that are critical to proper adrenal gland function. Hydroxy Citric Acid (HCA) appears to activate the enzyme carnitine acetyltransferase which is important to enable fat to be utilised as a source of energy.

HCA is derived from Garcinia cambogia and has been used extensively in South East Asia for hundreds of years. Research has indicated that Garcinia cambogia may be beneficial as part of a complete weight loss programme by maintaining the metabolic rate and increasing the rate at which fat is used as an energy source.
