Magnesium EAP Complex provides 300mg of elemental magnesium combined with EAP which provides a highly absorbable and well tolerated magnesium supplement. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ethanolamine Phosphate ester (EAP2) is also referred to as vitamin M1. German physician Dr Hans Neiper considers EAP as an important transporter of minerals in the body. Magnesium is complexed to EAP2 to create an organic magnesium compound that is highly absorbable and particularly suited to people who are sensitive to magnesium supplementation.
