BioCare B Complex

B Complex provides all the key B vitamins as well as l-glycine and magnesium to support absorption. BioCare's B Complex is vacuum packed for enhanced stability. 

Vitamins B6 and B12 are presented in their biologically active forms, negating the need for the body to perform the conversion process. Magnesium is utilised alongside the B vitamins in many enzymatic reactions in the body. It is also required for the function of the nervous system. The formulation also includes the amino acid L-Glycine that is required for the proper utilisation of B-vitamins.
