Ginger Root (Zinziber officinale) 500mg pure powdered root

Traditionally, Ginger has been recognised as a valued daily diet constituent which aids digestion. It has a warming, soothing effect and has been recommended for use when sailing, flying or on long car journeys. Recent research has brought the properties of Ginger back into fashion.

People appear to have a natural liking for it as many biscuit or confectionery manufacturers will tell... "if it's got Ginger in, it's popular"- what would we do without it!

HABITAT AND CULTIVATION
A native of tropical Asia but now widely grown throughout the tropics, Ginger is cultivated from division of the rootstock. It flourishes in fertile soils and needs a good rainfall. The roots are dug up when the plant is 10 months old, washed, soaked and sometimes boiled and peeled.

Take one or two capsules up to twice per day swallowed with water.
