Bio-Health's Extra Mineral Complex has been formulated to provide a balanced ration of important minerals, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and Iodine. Four capsules daily provide 100% of the recommended daily allowances.

For best assimilation take at separate intervals throughout the day or twice daily with food. For children, one capsule a day sprinkled on food.
