Amphora Aromatics Witch Hazel Distillate

Witch Hazel can be used in many different ways.

It's a very useful astringent and is very gentle so is great for preparations designed to be used on a daily basis. It's especially good for repairing damaged or rough areas of skin and is often recommended for skin preparations aimed at easing and reducing areas of acne.

It is often used as a natural remedy for psoriasis, eczema, aftershave applications, ingrown nails, to prevent sweating of the face, cracked or blistered skin, for treating insect bites, poison ivy, and as a treatment for varicose veins and hemorrhoids.

Can be blended with other carrier, vegetable oils and in base preparation for the skin.

Traditionally used to help soothe breakouts of acne and other skin irritations. Great addition to an aftershave preparation to help cool and calm the skin.
