General Description Spearmint Essential Oil. A perennial herb, the properties of Spearmint are similar to Peppermint, but its effects are less powerful. Spearmint is better adapted to children?s maladies. Useful for tummy upsets (use to gently massage the abdomen diluted in carrier oil). Good for congested skin, teenage skin.
