Amphora Aromatics Jasmin Abs Diluted (5%)

Jasmin Absolute is a lovely oil to use on hot, dry, greasy and sensitive skin.

It has a deeply penetrating action which can ease muscle pain, help you to relax, ease stress and tension and decrease nervousness. It's thought to be useful for lifting post-natal depression and is also reputed to be an aphrodisiac.

Amphora Aromatics have pre-diluted the "King of Oils" to 5% in Grapeseed Oil, which is rich in Vitamin E and Fatty Acids, so you can use it straight out of the bottle in massage or in a vaporiser. It absorbs very quickly in to the skin and is a preferred cosmetic ingredient for damaged and stressed tissues because it possesses regenerative and restructuring qualities which allow better controlled re-hydration of the skin.

Useful to use during labour to massage onto the lower back and abdomen.

Constituents/Active Ingredients
There are more than a hundred constituents in the oil including benzyl alcohol, bezyl acetate, linalol and linalyl acetate.

You may find that Jasmin blends especially well with Rose oils, Sandalwood, Clary Sage and all the citrus oils.

Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner to promote a healthy shine. Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath to help de-stress and relax. Dilute in a carrier oil and use in massage to promote feelings of calm. Add a few drops to a base cream or lotion and enjoy its wonderful skincare benefits.

To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
