This preparation contains freshly harvested St John's Wort, and the soothing herbs Lemon Balm and Hops.

• Hypericum Complex is useful for depression where anxiety and tension are also present.

• The calming action has been known to help some with nervous, digestive discomfort (e.g Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms triggered by stress).

Depression affects between 10-20% of the population. Symptoms include the feeling of hopelessness, dejection, loss of self esteem, poor concentration and restless sleep patterns. If Hypericum is taken over a period of time, it can improve mild to moderate states of depression, with virtually no side effects. The added lemon balm works as a gentle sedative which can help ease out tension and anxiety. Nervous digestive disorders can be relieved by its antispasmodic action. Hops have a gentle sedative action too which can help insomnia. This can also help tension states such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Adults: 30 drops 2 to 3 times daily in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
