I did 10 days on the detox and i lost a stone! Ive not put any of the weight back on! I really liked the drink so found the detox easy and you dont get hungry if u follow the instructions correctly. My sister however struggled because she didn't like the taste. I have recommended this to my friends, it not only helps you lose the weight but it makes you feel fab. I didn't miss any food and have totally given up caffeine and have cut back my alcahol intake. The best detox/diet i've ever done. :-)

I think this is a wonderful supplement for Hot Flushes! I have been plagued for 12 years with these. Took the Sage for a year & thought I was over the hot flushes so I stopped taking the Sage. I was SO WRONG! That was 5 years ago.
I'm back on my Sage & I am relieved of the worst of these symptoms, I even get a whole night's sleep. I'm now living in the USA, but send home to UK for my supplies. I wouldn't be without them.

One way you can test the quality of digestive enzymes is to stir a capsule into a bowl of body-temperature porridge (I made mine with half water, half milk). It should work within 10 minutes.
I tested this capsule and was amazed that even whilst I was stirring in the enzymes, my stodgy porridge, was starting to turn to liquid in front of my eyes - magic! So, it started working within 10 SECONDS - a sign of a top quality digestive enzyme.

I wanted to give 5 stars, but there's one thing that doesn't make aloepura look good - the difficulty to massage it evenly to skin. This lotion is white and a little oily, so you can easily get white stripes on your face if you're not careful. But when you take your time rubbing it to the skin, pat excess off and put makeup if necessary - your face will look great!
Before very sensitive & different color skin has now evenly toned and calm :) WILL buy more in the future!!

My husband has taken this product for at least 5yrs now.He was always first to get colds & flu but now he has sniffles now & again but nothing compared to before taking this. He actually tried a cheaper brand in tablet form and regretted it. He only takes it first thing on a morning now and it does do the job so why change?

My son has eptopic eczema and we've done all the prescribed creams, treatments n bandaging. Once we sorted out his diet we moved onto this lotion. It's brilliant. Been using it for over 5 years and we've also used the emolliant and Allergenics wash. (I've also pinched some for my minor rashes especially after shaving!)

Fantastic product, my son has eczema and I spent all last year trying different sun creams to find one that didn't make his skin worse, this is the only cream that does the job. Non greasy and soaks in well. I love the trial size for keeping in my bag when out and about. I would certainly recommend this product.
